HOW LONG DOES ROAM IN COMPANY GIVE A GUARANTEE ON ITS PRODUCTS?

We pride ourselves on making quality products. However, should your product not conform we shall repair, replace or refund you. Any defects should be communicated to ROAM IN COMPANY by emailing to info@roamincompany.com within 30 days of delivery.You could also check out our “returns” page

WHAT IS VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER?

Vegetable tanned leather is leather that has undergone a strictly natural tanning process. The hides are processed with water and a mix of natural ingredients such as the bark and leaves of plants. The extracts bind to the collagen proteins in the hide and coat them causing them to become less water-soluble, and more resistant to bacterial attack. The process also causes the hide to become more flexible.

Once you have ordered the product on the website you will receive a confirmation by email. Should the product be temporarily out of stock you will receive a notification of this.

At the moment we only offer regular shipping via PostNL. Should you require special urgent shipping please contact us via the contact form on the website.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your package will be delivered within 30 days after you place an order, although this may vary per country.

Please note: Custom or import duties can be charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. We ship from the Netherlands; these charges must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
